Frequently Asked Questions

Can you show me what my smile can look like ahead of time with imaging software?

Yes, we have the capability of showing you a before and after picture. With our high-tech dental equipment, we can take a before picture, feed it into the computer, and in a matter of minutes, we have a very good example of how you will look after the procedure. Come in and try it! Our goal is to give you the best possible smile and to make you look better when you leave.

Do you accept referrals?

Yes, we do. We're always looking forward to helping new patients.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

We accept most types of general insurance. If you have any questions about your insurance, please feel free to give us a call so that we can tell you if we're a provider of your plan.

What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?

When you call our regular office number, you'll hear the emergency number that you need to dial. Once you call that number, you will be paging one of the doctors who will get back to you right away.

What payment options do you provide?

We also offer the option of breaking up your fee into smaller payments. For more extensive dental treatment, we offer interest-free financing.

How can I ask the doctor questions directly?

Email us with questions and we'll get back to you just as soon as possible. And of course, you are always free to call the office. We'll be more than happy to chat with you about dentistry.

How can I safely whiten my teeth?

We have the capability to provide in-office whitening for very fast results. If you can wait about two weeks for results, we offer a home-whitening system. Both techniques are individually tailored to each patient and both will give a whiter smile. Give us a call, and we'll explain everything to you.

My gums bleed after I brush. Is this something to be concerned about?

Yes, it is. Bleeding is not a sign of optimal oral health. Our goal is to have you keep your teeth healthy for a lifetime. That's why we have instituted a non-surgical periodontal treatment to help you achieve this.

Crowns, veneers, onlays, inlays, partials. Where can I learn more about these procedures?

We offer a free consultation for any restorative and cosmetic dental procedure. Please make an appointment to come and talk about your particular needs and learn more about how we can make your smile its best. For more information on the web, jump to our country's premiere dental association, the American Dental Association, at www.ada.org.

I want my front teeth to look better, but I don't want to wear braces. What would you recommend?

With the advent of new technology and techniques, we have a variety of options available today to help you make your teeth look better without resorting to braces. Porcelain veneers, for example, might be the perfect option for you. Call us for a free consultation and we'll talk to you about your specific needs and explain what's right for you.
